Spring Blade Cleaner Fix
Main scraper with rubber-cushioned spring blades that are bolted to aluminium clamps, and 100 mm wide hard metal strips; especially well-suited for installation situations with spatial restrictions and for reversing belts. The clamps are attached to an aluminium profile axis and can be individually removed and re-mounted with a screwdriver without removing the axis. The scraper is reinforced with a bracket for belt widths of 1200 mm and up.

Front Scrapers
Front Scraper Clip
Preliminary scraper with horizontally divided 100 mm wide PUR front blades for pre-cleaning of heavily soiled belts. Preferably used in combination with main or spring blade scrapers for higher demands regarding belt cleanliness.
The individual elastic preliminary blades are secured with aluminium clips on an aluminium profile axis and protected with an end-to-end rod. In case of wear, upper wear parts can be replaced with continued use of the supporting element. The scraper is reinforced with a bracket and equipped with an additional hole circle tension device for belt widths of 1200 mm and up.

Front Scraper Praktik
